Featuring a beveled shape, the Pizza Spatula provides excellent leverage to lift those fully loaded pizzas. When placing raw dough on the Pizza Spatula dust the spatula and the pizza stone with cornmeal. This will create a nonstick surface and add a pleasant crunch to the bottom of your pizza.
